I offer a subscription service which is essentially a monthly payment scheme that allows you to spread the cost of your Botox treatment over the year. I offer a 3 x yearly treatment option or a 4 x yearly treatment option.
Example of how it works:
If join the 4 x yearly service today, this entitle’s you to Botox every 3 months.
Your first treatment will be available 3 months after your monthly payments start, and then every 3 months the thereafter, but never before 3 payments have been received.
To start a treatment plan, you will need to set up a standing order with your bank. There is no minimum term that you need sign up to, and you can cancel your standing order anytime, but if you cancel mid cycle then you will not be refunded any payments made in the last 3 months.
Should you wish to start a new treatment plan at a later date and you have previously cancelled mid cycle, please note that monies previously received will not roll over or contribute to the new plan.
The 3 x yearly treatment offer for treatment every 4 months is £46 monthly.
The 4 x yearly treatment offer for treatment every 3 months is £62 a month.
If you want to join the subscription you will need to sign an acknowledgement form with terms and conditions and you will be given the details of the account to set up your standing order.
Your subscription will start the day that the first payment is received.
